Brothers vs Coorparoo

Coorparoo challenged this result, successfully, and the game was replayed on 12 September (refer round 10A). The challenge was upheld due to the referee’s apparent failure to consult with the touch judge in relation to a late, disallowed Coorparoo try. Whomever Coorparoo’s delegate on the committee was had a fine understanding of the by-laws, and a lawyer’s zeal to enforce them. It wasn’t the first time they’d successfully litigated.
